Featured Project: Purple People Bridge Contest Announced
ANNOUNCING the 7th Annual Purple People Bridge Container Planting Contest ‘BLOOMING MUSIC’ to celebrate the World Choir Games. The GCMGA’s Purple People Bridge Landscape Team designs, installs and maintains gardens all along this pedestrian bridge, its approach ramps, and south plaza area. Each year garden groups and businesses are invited to participate in a planting contest on the Bridge Deck.There is exciting news for this year, the PPB Planting Contest is expanding to three categories. (click here for details).
► Local experts will judge the groupings in June and September. All contestants and judges are invited to a celebration and announcement of winners in October.
► Groupings or containers are assigned on a first-come first-served basis.
